- Responsible for planning and organising annual and monthly promotions, monitoring day-to-day operational efficiency of the bars and maintaining guests? satisfaction in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Responsible for creating and implementing new strategies to maximise beverage (and food) revenues and profitability for the bars, and for monitoring and controlling the resources to minimise costs and expenses for the bars.
- Specific responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the budget and costs for the bars along with special promotions (e.g. cocktail promotions, festive seasons and guest bartender events)
